Landscaping/Lawn Cutting
If you are interested in signing up for your lawn to be cut through the landscaping company, please see the below conditions:
The monthly amount is $100/month to cut your lawn and the requirements are below:
1. You must NOT be past due on assessments
2. This an annual agreement and services will automatically resume in April of each year
3. This form must be completed
4. Payment for the entire month is due and payable in advance for the current month
5. All payments must be paid online so that you understand what your balance is
6. Weed & Feed is a separate charge and will be billed at the beginning of the season
7. To end the service you must send an email to info@akmpm.com - 2 week notice required to terminate participation in the program.
- Services Start in April
- Weed/Feed Treatment is separate Charge @ $35.00 (payment must be paid directly to the provider)
- Service fees will be pro-rated fo joiners based on when services started
- Service will take place in between Thursday and Saturday depending on weather condition
